Welcome to my site.  I look forward to helping you gain knowledge to make choices for yourself.



My passion has always been in the field of helping people:  working with the disabled, the elderly, becoming a police dispatcher, a hairdresser and a volunteer for Victim Services.



As an Medium focusing on Intuitive Guidance, I sense  what  is happening in your energetic body.  It is important to nourish both your body, mind and spirit.

I teach how you can heal your body of disease through Reiki, meditation, visualization, and breathing. Our bodies hold all the wisdom we need to heal ourselves.  Our task is to re-connect to that inner core, the heart, to sense our truth, and return to a state of balance.



Albert Einstein wrote that "the intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift".

When we return to that place of peace within us and stop the noisy mind, we find our purpose and power.



Yoga and meditation are an integral part of my life, connecting me to nature.
